‘POSITIVE THOUGHTS’ give us Energy Negative thoughts rob us of Power and make us feel tired and strained. The more we hold onto a thought (positive or negative) the more POWER we invest in it.

Being Positive is one of today’s most important skills – yet it’s not taught in Schools.

It is needed by everyone – yet it is dismissed my many.

Positive Thinking is an attitude, which allows you to look forward, and you do so by the power of your subconscious mind.

Awareness is the first step in becoming positive. Remember – you make the choice to become more positive. It takes time to change but it is well worth the effort. The time is NOW – take responsibility for yourself.

Correct Breathing, Conscious & Subconscious Minds,

Affirmations/Visualization, Stress/Fear, Meditation/Relaxation,

Self-discovery/Self approval, Self Love,

Staying Optimistic.

The Workshop is run one evening per week for 5 weeks – in a group or one to one.

Correspondence Course:

If you wish, you can study this course in the comfort of your own home and in your own time. The course has 5 modules and on completion you will receive a certificate.

Positive Thinking Counselling:

This is suggestive counselling rather than the traditional listening counselling that most people would be familiar with. In times of confusion and indecision we may need someone to suggest avenues to explore. That is what Positive Thinking Counselling is about.
